Counselling offers you a uniquely focused, supportive and confidential space, for you to talk openly about anything in your life that may be causing you distress, confusion or preventing you from getting the most out of your life. Issues may be from the past or present or may involve decisions for your future.
Counselling is not about me resolving your issues for you or offering you advice. My aim is to provide a safe place for you to look at whatever issues you may be struggling with, where you can reflect and make changes, discover new insights and take charge of your own life, at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer brief or longer term therapy and am experienced in supporting people overcome a wide range of issues, including:
- Feelings of anxiety and panic
- Feelings of low self-esteem and confidence
- Coping with a loss & bereavement
- Family and relationship difficulties
- Feeling angry, sad or lonely
- Work related issues, including stress and redundancy
- Eating disorders
- Domestic Violence
