No personal information, such as your e-mail address or other contacts which may identify you, is ever collected or stored by Kim Miles Counselling when you browse this website.
Where you choose to enter your own contact details in the on-line contact form, this information is emailed directly to me and is not stored on the website.
Confidentiality
All information given to me will only be used for the purpose of providing you with a counselling service.
Should you choose to contact me and subsequently decide not to proceed with counselling, any information you have provided will be destroyed.
Should you choose to commence counselling, then at the beginning of the first session I will provide you with full details of my privacy policy, including your rights, and request your consent to how I will use your data.
For the purpose of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2018) (the Act), the data controller is Kim Miles of Kim Miles Counselling.
